Why Mouchak

A hive turns many small workers into one living system that makes something precious. TensorHive does the same with hardware: two desktop DGX Sparks, joined by a 200 Gb/s cable, serve a 321-billion-parameter model as one machine.

We build it in Rust, check every step against a reference, and publish what we measure. The goal is simple: frontier models on hardware you own.
